1- Only Accreditation Parchemin emitted after February 2006 and bearing the The SBC-Antico Principato di Seborga's Council for Distance Education, Culture and Faith's blazon, similar to the filigrane of this page (with the open book ) are valid, provided the member figure on Our Membership List. All other documents are not acceptable. (19/09/06)

2- The SBC-Antico Principato di Seborga's Council for Distance Education, Culture and Faith, wish to advise about membership which have been cancelled. The Accreditation Certificates are valid for 5 years provided the member is in good standing and the membership have not been cancelled. Only members which appears in our membership list, are "bona fide" members accredited by the Sovereign Council. (18/09/06).

3- The SBC-Antico Principato di Seborga's Council for Distance Education, Culture and Faith, wish to advise the general public, about self styled "members"; the members which appears on our membership list, are the only "bona fide" members accredited by the Sovereign Council. (30/08/06)

4-The SBC-Antico Principato di Seborga's Council for Distance Education, Culture and Faith 's Recognised institutions, are entitled to bring a complaint to the Sovereign Council. When an institution is found to be contravening the S.O. requirements for Accreditation, that institution will have their A ccreditation immediately suspended and eventually cancelled. A new application for accreditation will only be considered if it shows beyond doubt, that any contravened requirements have been corrected. (30/08/06).
