Q 1- What is Accreditation ?
A 1- Accreditation means that the institution's member has, on the basis of a formal submission, been judged reputable, and of satisfying minimum criteria in the areas of administration, course content, course delivery and student assessment. Accreditation also improve the development of educational delivery systems and to promote ethical standards in education, culture and Faith.

Qualification for Accredition are defined in the Evaluation Form. An organization that is not an recognized and Accredited Member of the Castrum Sepulcri 's Council for Education, Culture and Faith, can neither claim nor advertise that its courses are Accredited by the Council.

How long is the Accreditation valid for ?
A 3- To simplify the life of the members the Accreditation Parchemin is valid five years, but may be cancelled or suspended at anytime.

Q 4- How can a Member loose is Accreditation ? :
A
4- When an institution is found to be contravening the S.O. requirements for Accreditation, or If a complaint is issued against a Recognised Member, that Member must prove beyond reasonable doubt, within 30 days, that they are still operating within the requirements of the S.O, and show that the unresolved dispute has been properly handled. In the contrary that institution will have their Accreditation immediately suspended and eventually cancelled. A new application for accreditation will only be considered if it shows beyond doubt, that any contravened requirements have been corrected.

Q 5 - How do we know a member is still Accredited ?
A 5- Accredited members are listed on the membership list. The Accreditation Parchemin is only valid if the name of the member is on the Membership list of our web site.

6 - What kind of document receive the Members ?
A 6- The Accredited Members received a Parchemin of Accreditation signed by the President of the Sovereign Council and by the Director of the Council for Education, Culture and Faith.

Q 7- If an Accreditation is cancelled what happen to the Accreditation Parchemin ?
A 7- The disqualified members should destroy his parchemin, but we are not able to verify this fact, thus the Membership List must be consulted.

Q 8 - How long does the Accreditation process take ?
A 8 - It can take about 3 to 4 weeks for the entire procedure, as the Accreditation is ratified by the Sovereign Council during it monthly session.
