A- The Council of Accreditation is composed of the following Commitee:

Standards Committee

The Standards Committee reviews institutional situations unique to each distance education, acknowledge efficiency and effectiveness of instructional processes and recommends to the Commission: policies, standards and practices to govern the members of the Sovereign Council. This committee aim is to further the observance by the members of the Sovereign Council of ethical practices and business standards, and make recommendations on the standards of ethical conduct to the Commission.

Nominating Committee

The President of the Sovereign Coucil appoints a committee with nominating officers and replacement members. Members of the Commission and the Commission's officers will be elected by the Council and Questors from the SBC . Approved institutions will be nominated by the members of the Commission and confirmed by Appointment to the Hon. President of the Sovereign Council. Requirements are formulated in the Evaluation Form.

B- The Association "Castrum Sepulcri" for Non-Violence Education .

Non-violence is an holistic theory and practice that rejects aggression and violence .In this sense a statement on violence was made in 1986, in the framework of an international conference celebrated in Seville, Spain. The Seville Statement on violence is a scientific statement which says peace is possible, because war is not a biological necessity. The statement, written by an international team of specialists, was adopted by UNESCO in 1989 in order to achieve goals or resolve conflicts in a constructive way. We are aiming at been part of the Manifesto 2000
